Ascensacion Int’l Inc (Further called Zip-Rush) warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benefit of anyone else that their products, at the time of their installation by Zip-Rush, are free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for one (1) years from the purchase date. Zip-Rush also guarantees that their products as designed and built to equal or surpass the ACCT standards.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1- Zip-Rush agrees to, at its option, repair or replace a defective part for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery (freight may apply). The warranty does not include consumables (harnesses, pulleys, ropes, carabiners, lanyards, etc.) and travel expenses.

2- Electrical products are cover under this limited warranty but only for a period of 3 month.

3- Products not manufactured by Zip-Rush are only warranted from the manufacturer.

4- Damaged caused by act of gods such as floods, extreme weather, earthquake, tree falls and growth or else are not covered by this warranty

5- Any cost related with re-adjustments of cables, in trees or on artificial anchors are not covered by warranty as the acceptance of tested zipline is final and deemed understood by client.

6- This limited warranty is valid as long as the product is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance to Zip-Rush specifications. Any deviation from these recommended procedures must be approved by Zip-Rush and will void any warranty otherwise. Client must send reports to Zip-Rush in a timely manner as stated in the manual in order to keep the warranty valid

7- This limited warranty does not cover any addition or add-ons that were not designed, engineered and build by Zip-Rush. This includes but is not limited to platforms, decks, ladders, stairways, cement anchors, trees etc.

8- This limited warranty does not apply to any part which has been used improperly, has had abnormal service or which has been altered or modified in design, construction or aesthetic.

9- Neither Zip-Rush sales personnel nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those terms described herein nor can anyone extend the duration of any warranty beyond the time period described.

10- Travel expenses may apply 3 month after installation of any product by Zip-Rush

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AS SET FORTH ABOVE.

ZIP-RUSH DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF VEHICLE USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, gasoline costs, telephone costs, travel, accommodation, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
